Councillor Melvin Wallage (Deputy Mayor of Havering) and Angela Watkinson MP (Upminster & Elm Park) launch the appeal. Obviously Roy took the opportunity to remind them of the NDM, to which Angela Watkinson pledged to raise with the issue with Defence Ministers. (Nov 2010)
